Changin it up

Well, since I seem to get more hungry in the afternoons I decided to change it up a little. Instead of shake, shake dinner...it is now shake lunch shake. I am having a shake for breakfast, eating lunch and then shake in evenigh. I hope this helps me...it will

Breakfast: Shake and water
Snack: None
Lunch: Subway sand 6grams, baked lays and tea, water
snack: yogurt
Dinner: Shake and water
sncak: yogurt..

go me go me go me go me...will start back at gym on Saturday.
